Nutritional Therapy Defined
Nutritional Therapy is a scientific and evidence-based approach utilizing nutrition and lifestyle changes that allows each person to maximize their health potential. The treatment is holistic in nature and is designed to treat the body as a whole seeking to find the cause of the problem, not just the symptoms.
Each treatment plan is individually formulated and the quality of food eaten is more important than just focusing on the quantity. Clients are often amazed how even seemingly small changes make a significant difference in the long term.
